M&A Consultant

A specialty Insurance organisation based in the heart of the City are looking for a driven and tenacious M&A Consultant to manage their corporate finance activities for an interim period of 6 months.

This M&A Consulting position will focus on capital management, financial planning and investment evaluation. You will be required to provide strategic advisory to management and monitor all areas of cash flow, whilst providing extensive coordination of any transaction process, including financial due diligence.

This M&A role will require strong communication, analytical and financial modelling skills. A solid M&A background will prove essential, along with a demonstrated understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
