M&A Corporate Paralegal

Job Title: Antitrust Paralegal

Location: City of London

Working arrangement: 100% office based, (5 days in)

About the company: A prestigious US law firm

Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its M&A Corporate team on a fixed term contract basis. The role will involve assisting the M&A Partners in all stages of corporate transactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare corporate documents
• Document preparation for amendments, withdrawals, and mergers
• Monitor corporate/M&A market and update databases

Qualifications: The suitable candidates will have a minimum 2.1 degree, at least 12 months M&A, corporate or transactional experience (ideally gained from a similar law firm environment).
