Luton

Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Temporary – Permanent

£12.42ph

We are currently seeking a Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Administrator to join a busy logistics team based in Luton. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or logistics admin experience looking to grow in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Handle warehouse administration tasks, including data entry, stock updates, and shipping documentation.
Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, or internal teams to support smooth operations.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Assist with inventory checks and stock control processes.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Support the warehouse team with day-to-day tasks as needed.

The candidate

Previous experience in warehouse or logistics administration.
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
