Salary Up to £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
? Working Hours Mixed day shifts, 09:00 – 17:30
Job Type Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

• Coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods

• Complete and maintain accurate warehouse and administrative records

• Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams in both Mandarin and English

• Manage inventory levels, process orders, and update stock systems

• Assist with quality control and resolve any discrepancies in deliveries

• Support warehouse staff with day-to-day tasks when required

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

• Previous experience in warehouse administration or a similar role

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management systems

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
