Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Building Services CAD/REVIT Technician on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed CAD and REVIT drawings for various building services projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed CAD and REVIT drawings for building services projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings.
• Maintain and update project documentation and drawings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of CAD/REVIT standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CAD/REVIT Technician in the building services industry.
• Proficiency in CAD and REVIT software.
• Strong understanding of building services systems and components.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
