M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor Required - Immediate Start

I am urgently seeking an experienced M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to support one of several newly secured new build and refurbishment projects across West and Central London. Project values range from £100m to £250m, focusing on logistics, data centres, life sciences, and commercial office space.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term contract, temp-to-perm, or permanent position with a reputable contractor that has a strong pipeline of work.

Role: M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: West & Central London
Project Type: New Build & Refurbishment
Project Values: £100m-£200m
Sectors: Logistics, Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial Office Space
Rate/Salary: £450-£500 p/d or £70k-£100k + package (DOE)
Start: Immediate
Contract Type: Contract / Temp-to-Perm / Permanent

Key Duties:

• Procurement and package management

• Post-contract commercial tasks

• Full project lifecycle management
