Location: Slough

Hourly Rate: £20 - £21 p/h (Inclusive of shift allowances)

Hours: (Week 1: M-T 5.55 - 1.15 & Fri 5.55 - 1.25) / (Week 2: M-T 1.10 - 8.35 & Fri 1.10 - 8.30)

Position Overview:

• They are seeking a skilled Manual Miller/Turner to join their team on a contract basis. (Temp-to-perm)
• As a Manual Miller/Turner, you will be responsible for operating manual milling and turning machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual milling and turning machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Select appropriate tools and materials for each job.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Manual Miller/Turner.
• Proficiency in operating manual milling and turning machines.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints.
