Job Description - Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer (NPI/NPD Lead)
Location:Alcester
Contract - Umbrella/PAYE
Start ASAP

We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead NPI/NPD projects in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You’ll be responsible for introducing new customer requirements and products, ensuring they are effectively integrated into existing manufacturing processes, while working closely with major aerospace clients.

What the Manufacturing engineer will do:

Lead NPI/NPDI projects from planning through to delivery.
Liaise with customers on technical requirements and provide progress updates.
Delegate and oversee tasks within the engineering team.
Prepare documentation, SOPs, and project plans for new or updated processes.
Provide technical input across pressing, forming, welding, and fabrication.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience leading NPI/NPD projects
Strong knowledge of forming, welding, and fabrication processes.
Hands-on skills
Strong communication and customer-facing experience.

Additional info:

Aerospace experience is essential.
DBS and Right to Work checks required
