Job Description - Marketing & Communications Administrator

Location: nr Caistor
Salary: circa £30,000pa
Contract: 3-month temporary role, with potential to become permanent

Are you an organised and creative individual with a flair for communication and marketing support? Our client, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administrative and marketing experience to make a real impact.

Purpose of the Marketing & Communications Administrator:

In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll be providing essential support to a busy marketing department. From coordinating events to assisting with internal and external messaging, no two days will be the same. You’ll also play a key part in keeping systems up to date and ensuring the team runs smoothly.

Marketing & Communications AdministratorResponsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of events, including venue booking and arranging materials
  • Maintain and update website content
  • Organise and book advertising placements
  • Support internal communications
  • Help manage team diaries and process purchase orders
  • Ensure all CRM records are kept up to date
  • Provide general administrative support across both marketing and sales teams

Requirements for the perfect Marketing & Communications Administrator:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of various systems such as SAP, Dynamics, Trello or Asana
