Marketing Assistant

Join the Brand & Marketing team at one of our valued clients, in one of the fastest growing retailers in the South West and make a significant impact in a role dedicated to in-store communications. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the dynamic team, working cross-functionally within the organisation and with external agencies. You will play a crucial role in supporting our ambitious store opening programme and managing in-store Point of Sale (POS) communications.

• Collate store nominations and communicate updates to relevant parties.
• Manage the POS portal, ensuring all assets are current and up-to-date.
• Generate creative store offers and communicate these to the relevant parties.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to create impactful campaigns and POS materials.
• Assist in the creation of POS packs for new store openings.
• Coordinate with printers to ensure timely delivery of store assets that meet quality standards.
• Work alongside the social and PR teams to develop relevant marketing campaigns.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment with accountability for delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong ability to analyse data and adapt marketing activities based on results.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to develop partnerships.
• Highly self-motivated with outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar Marketing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software packages, especially Excel.
• Experience in producing consumer-facing marketing literature.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
