Salary: £15.29ph

Job Overview:
London Borough of Harrow is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, managing social media, conducting market research, and creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
• Manage and update social media platforms, engaging with audiences
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends
• Support content creation for websites, email marketing, and promotional materials
• Help with event planning, coordination, and execution
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics
• Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
• Assist with administrative tasks within the marketing department

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and writing skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills (a plus)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, HubSpot, or Google Analytics (preferred)
