Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term contract. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and have an excellent eye for detail, this role is perfect for you.

As a vital part of the team, you'll provide essential administrative support to keep marketing activities running smoothly and efficiently. You'll help coordinate campaigns for new build and resale properties, meet deadlines, and perform final quality checks on marketing materials before they go live.

Hours: 37 hours per week

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team

• Help coordinate marketing campaigns for new build and resale properties

• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

• Perform final quality checks on marketing materials before publication

• Use Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, to create and manage reports

• Support day-to-day team activities to ensure smooth operations
