About the Role
Join our client's dynamic team as a Marketing Support / Associate within the Japanese Corporate Business Group. This role is pivotal in enhancing the commercial activities of CBD1, supporting the development of business initiatives, and fostering robust relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for marketing activities and administrative tasks for Marketing Officers.
• Conduct KYC processes, including account opening, maintenance, and closure, while managing various administrative responsibilities.
• Engage directly with customers, including the Main Lending Office of parent companies, and collaborate with departments such as Operations, Legal, Audit, and Risk Management.
• Execute credit facilities for CBD1 customers (e.g., loans, guarantees).
• Prepare and present Management Information reports regularly, covering KYC status and pending documents.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Understand and apply the Bank's internal processes effectively.

What We're Looking For

• A degree-level education with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Prior experience in KYC or within the finance sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in IT, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with key stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative team player who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• An eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese is essential.
