Job Description - Marketing Coordinator

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join a leading events company on a temporary contract until July 2025. Support marketing efforts across multiple brands in the growing Installer Industry, contributing to a major annual tradeshow and media services. Ideal for candidates with a Marketing Degree or 6+ months’ marketing administration experience looking to develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A fantastic step into the events and media sector!

MARKETING COORDINATOR ROLE:

Assisting with coordinating and organising 5–10 webinars per week across multiple brands
Calling brands to obtain asset material to be used within the marketing team for promotion
Attending webinars to support with any questions or concerns
Supporting with digital ad uploads across the website
Supporting the wider marketing team with client enquiries
Liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Managing a busy inbox

MARKETING COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:

Being able to work 5 days a week in the office based in Wimbledon
Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing
Working collaboratively in a team-based environment
Being highly organised with a proactive working style
Being tech savvy, proficient with Microsoft 365 and quick to pick up internal systems
Contributing as a team player and offering support beyond main responsibilities
Demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making skills with confidence and initiative
Having a confident phone manner
Being self-motivated and working autonomously on tasks
