Job Description - Marketing Executive

Job Title: Marketing Executive (Temporary)
Location: Cardiff
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (37 hours per week)
Duration: 3 months with potential extension
Pay: £15 per hour (willing to increase depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
Update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is aligned with sales objectives.
Create and design engaging content using Canva and similar platforms to attract leads.
Design and produce sales-oriented marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and graphics.
Manage and update social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms) with sales-driven content.
Implement targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
Analyse marketing data and suggest improvements to enhance sales performance.

The Right Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on driving sales through marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools.
A strong understanding of social media marketing and its impact on sales.
Experience creating and executing lead generation and conversion strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
