Marketing Program Manager - German Speaking

We're on the lookout a German speaking Marketing Program Manager to lead the rollout of a flagship learning coach programme across Germany, Italy and France. This is a 12-month contract role with a global tech brand known for its beautifully designed products and deep commitment to transforming education through innovation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the rollout of the Learning Coach programme in Germany, Italy and France, coordinating the relevant teams.
• Managing the enrolment, experience and support for Learning Coach candidates, coordinating across a number of tools and systems.
• Coordinating a team of expert facilitators to deliver engaging, synchronous learning experiences.
• Ensuring the programme meets its learning objectives through a blend of live and self-paced content.
• Keeping a close eye on quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Fluent in German to business level (Italian and/or French a big plus).
• Extensive experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong project management and a creative mindset.
• Confidence in communicating and aligning diverse teams to keep messaging consistent.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, especially when it comes to customer-facing content.
• Excellent data skills - with tracking, analysis and reporting.
