A leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact transformation of onboarding processes across multiple global business streams. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Rate: up to £800pd inside ir35 via umbrella

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end redesign of onboarding processes across 15+ independent streams.
• Deliver weekly progress reports and updates to the steering committee.
• Operate with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of planning and execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across APAC, New York, and London.
• Ensure onboarding is positioned as a strategic enabler for business success.

? Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years' experience in project or program management, ideally within financial services.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stream initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in similar environments is a plus.
