Maths Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a dynamic team in a Scunthorpe-based academy. This role involves teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, contributing to the school's vision of fostering a nurturing environment where students can excel in their studies and develop a lifelong passion for learning.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons that comply with the national curriculum.
• Assess and record students' progress and prepare them for qualifications and external examinations.
• Foster a positive learning environment in line with the school's vision of nurturing and academic excellence.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons.
• Participate in school events and activities.
• Provide feedback to students and parents and maintain open lines of communication to support student development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4.
• Strong understanding of the current curriculum and educational practices.
• Dedicated to providing innovative teaching to engage and inspire students.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of teachers.
