We’re recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join a friendly and supportive team based in Market Deeping. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in mechanical assembly who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality results.
The Role:

Assembling mechanical components and systems according to detailed diagrams and technical instructions
Ensuring precision and accuracy in builds, with strong attention to detail
Collaborating with the wider team to meet production deadlines
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

What We’re Looking For:

Previous mechanical assembly experience is essential
Ability to read and interpret engineering diagrams or technical drawings
A methodical, hands-on approach and strong team ethic
Reliability and a good work attitude

The Offer:

£14.00 per hour plus enhanced overtime rates
37.5 hours per week with flexitime – work-life balance built in
