As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of mechanical systems and components that support sustainable asphalt production and application. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, environmentally responsible solutions.

• Design and develop mechanical systems for asphalt production and recycling equipment
• Produce detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software
• Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure design integrity and performance
• Support prototype development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in mechanical design, ideally within construction, heavy machinery, or sustainable technologies
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems
