A position has arisen for a Mechanical Engineering Manager within a highly regarded organisation based in Oxfordshire on a temporary – ongoing contract. This role is responsible for the maintenance of mechanical services within the organisation.

Your duties will include:

• Providing engineering and building services leadership, ensuring effective maintenance programs
• Procuring suppliers to undertake services; including ppm/statutory/mandatory checks and tests
• Supporting the Asset Manager in ensuring that all assets are on the Asset Register and correctly labelled
• Assisting the Capital Projects Team and Backlog Maintenance on all projects
• Undertaking maintenance assurance reviews and audits on all Preventative Planned Maintenance, Remedial and Reactive Maintenance

The successful candidate should have:

• A degree within Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of estates and facilities services
