Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £38,000 – £46,000 (DOE)

About the Role:
As Mechanical Foreman, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop. You’ll lead a skilled team of technicians to ensure our fleet of coaches stays safe, efficient, and road-ready. This is a hands-on role where leadership meets technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the workshop team
Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on coaches
Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met
Manage workloads, allocate tasks, and support technician development
Maintain accurate service records and liaise with management

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a senior mechanic or workshop supervisor
Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance (coach/bus experience ideal)
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach
Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
