Job Description - Mechanical Site Manager

Currently looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to work underneath a Mechanical Project Manager on a High-End Restaurant Fitout Project with a £1,000,000 Mechanical Value.

Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Oxford Circus
Projects: High End Restaurant Fit Outs (£1,000,000 Mechanical Value)
Day Rate: £250 - £300

Candidate Must Have

SSSTS/SMSTS
NVQ/C&G Level 2 or 3
Experience working on Restaurant Fit Outs
Experience with ductwork/pipework/air conditioning/BMS controls.
Excellent Coordination Skills
Able to Manage Sub Contracts
Working with the Main Contractor on site
