This is a freelance opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a critical project in Walsall, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery throughout. The Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of mechanical works on site , coordinating labour and subcontractors while working closely with the wider project team in a live hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical operatives and subcontractors on site Coordinate daily activities to meet programme and quality requirements Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and RAMS Maintain strict health & safety standards in a live healthcare setting Liaise with the Project Manager, site teams, and hospital stakeholders Oversee quality control, snagging, and support testing & commissioning Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor / Manager on construction or energy projects Strong background in HVAC, pipework, plant rooms, or mechanical installations Experience working in a live healthcare environment Confident managing labour, subcontractors, and site activities SMSTS, Managers CSCS card, and relevant mechanical qualifications The Package £300 per day CIS Freelance contract Opportunity to work on a high-profile, technically challenging healthcare project In Short Industry Business & Management Founded 2015 Location The Granary, Burcombe Ln, Burcombe, Salisbury SP2 0EJ Company size 500 - 999 Welcome to Trevett Services Industry
