Mechanical Sweeper

I am looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Sweeper driver. As a mechanical sweeper, you will be joining a dedicated team to provide the local community with a high- quality street cleansing service.

As a Mechanical Sweeper driver you will be responsible for driving a vehichle that is designed to clean streets, floors, or other surfaces by sweeping debris into a collection container using rotating brushes and sometimes suction. These are commonly used in both industrial and municipal settings.

Your responsiblilties will be but not limited to operating other vehichles and equipment as authorised and directed. To work with the team to acheive a timely service that meets customers needs. To respond to people in the community with respect and consideration. To take every due care to maximise operational safety of equipment and vehichles. To complete checks and cleaning of assigned vehichle and equipment. To undertake further training as required to fufil the needs of the service.

Essentail experinence:

Valid UK C or C1 driving licence and at least two years driving experience.

Current CPC

Desirable Experience:

Experience of a Mechanical Sweeper would be desirable although full training will be provided.
