We are looking for a Medical Devices Compliance Technician to join our team at a leading global medical device and health care company based in Sittingbourne, Kent.

Role:Medical Devices Compliance Technician

Pay rate: £13.50 per hour

Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Location: Sittingbourne, Kent

In this vital role, you will be responsible for carrying out key administrative and quality-focused activities related to our medical devices, ensuring we meet both compliance (including GDP and GMP standards) and commercial requirements in line with global and local procedures.

Your Main Responsibilities will include:

• Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough quality reviews of documentation produced by the Medical Devices Service Centre.
• Shipment Coordination: Arranging and preparing shipments of Medical Devices pumps and associated documentation.
• Process Improvement: Identifying and submitting ideas for continuous improvement to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Safety Focus: Submitting safety assessments to promote safe working practices across all departments.
• Standards Adherence: Maintaining good departmental housekeeping and ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Documentation Enhancement: Identifying potential process and documentation improvements and presenting them to the Medical Devices Supervisor for implementation.
• Team Flexibility: Acting as a flexible resource within other areas of the business when required.
• General Duties: Undertaking any other Medical Devices duties as required and agreed with department management.

Who we are looking for:

• PC literate: experience with databases and spreadsheets.
• English qualification: GCSE level or equivalent.
• Good documentation skills: Essential for preparing and reviewing shipment and service centre documents.
• Meticulous approach: Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Experience: In similar roles such as admin.
