Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist - German speaking

Role type: Temporary (PAYE or Umbrella)

Duration: 12 months

Location: Surrey

I am currently working with a Global Pharmaceutical Organization who have a key contract opportunity within their Medical Information team, based in their offices in Surrey. The client requires the successful candidate to be fluent in German (native speaker) and English as both languages are pivotal for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who ideally possesses 1-2 years of Medical Information or other relevant experience. Ideal applicants will have up to 4 weeks' notice, applicants with strong experience and longer notice periods may also be considered. This role is office-based but will offer some flexibility for home-working.

Main Responsibilities may include:

• Provide technical & medical information proficiently in the local language
• Research and generate responses for medical enquiries in English
• Assist with second-line content management activities
• Create and maintain Medical Information documents
• Maintain broad knowledge & understanding of designated therapeutic area
• Maintain compliance with relevant training, SOPs etc.

Skills/experience required:

• Life sciences degree and/or postgraduate qualification
• Prior experience within Medical Information (or other relevant activities) needed (1-2 years ideally)
• Proficiency within German (C2, mother tongue) and English is essential
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of the regulatory and compliance issues relating to the medical function
• Experience within a customer focused role / commercial setting
