If yes, Signature Recruitment is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our client at a prestigious London University hospital. The role is for six weeks, full time and office based.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will provide a welcoming environment for patients, with an excellent level of customer service that is professional yet empathetic. You will need to be aware of the patients in the clinic so as to ensure they are following the instructions regarding their scans - for example those that are fasting. In addition, you will provide clerical administrative support to the team. To include maintaining records, processing patient appointment letters, and communicating protocol to patients prior to their appointments and obtaining feedback for the wider team.
