Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. This is a key front-line role, providing essential support to patients and clinical staff in a fast-paced medical environment.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. Your role will involve managing appointments, handling patient enquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer telephone calls and respond to patient queries
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using practice systems
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
• Process referrals, prescriptions, and other administrative tasks
• Liaise with clinical staff to support patient care and service delivery
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (medical setting preferred)
