Location: Barrow-in-Furness, BAE Systems
Hourly Rate: £35 PAYE or £47.11 Umbrella
Duration: 6 months (Maternity cover)
Days on site: Full Time on Site

The Role
We’re looking for a Medical Response Support Crew Commander (MRSCC) to support the Medical Response Support Watch Commander in delivering medical capability across site. You’ll help manage medical training, support site exercises and audits, maintain equipment, and assist in operational medical responses.

Key Responsibilities

Support delivery of medical training and drills across the site.
Conduct audits to maintain compliance with national medical standards.
Assist in maintaining medical equipment and accurate training records.
Provide support during site medical emergencies when required.
Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure high standards.

About You

Medical knowledge and First Aid at Work certification.
Skilled in delivering training and using Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
First Aid at Work Trainer qualification (preferred).
