Are you an experienced and highly skilled Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) looking for a pivotal role within a supportive Mental Health Team? Shropshire Council is seeking a dedicated professional to join our essential service.

What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker.
Current and valid Social Work England registration.
Crucially, must be an active and qualified Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP).
Proven ability to conduct mental health act assessments, make complex decisions, and manage risk effectively.
Strong communication and collaborative skills, working effectively with individuals, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
