MEP Resident Engineer

?? Contract Length: 18 months
?? Working Pattern: 5 days/week on-site

We are urgently seeking an experienced MEP Resident Engineer with an electrical bias to join a high-profile Data Centre project in North Acton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading contractor on a technically complex and fast-paced build.

• Oversee full MEP delivery on-site
• Manage and coordinate technical design and installation
• Liaise with design teams and contractors to ensure quality and compliance
• Provide expert input on electrical systems and integration
• Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations and reporting

• Strong electrical engineering background
• Proven design management experience
• Previous experience as a Resident Engineer on major projects
• Ability to work full-time on-site in North Acton
• Availability to start within 1-2 weeks (max 1-week notice)
