Here at The Supply Register we are seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher to join Mascalls Academy in Paddock Wood. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MFL and a commitment to fostering an engaging learning environment. We are looking for a MFL Teacher who can teach both French and Spanish.

Duties

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cover the curriculum
• Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Provide mentoring and tutoring support to students who require additional assistance.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with special education staff to accommodate the needs of students with varying abilities.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS or equivalent
• Teaching qualification or certification in education is essential.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour and create an inclusive learning atmosphere.
• A passion for science education and a commitment to student success.
