MFL Teacher

About the Role:

I C Talent Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacherto join one of our partnering high schools. This school was rated "GOOD" by Ofsted.

We are looking for teachers who specialise in French and/or Spanish, capable of delivering high-quality lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Whether you're an experienced teacher looking for flexible agency work, or an ECT seeking classroom experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in French and/or Spanish

• Teach across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to cover GCSE exam classes

• Adapt to new school environments while maintaining strong classroom management

• Support student progress through high-quality teaching and assessment

• Work closely with school staff to integrate into existing schemes of work

• Inspire pupils to develop their language skills and cultural understanding

Requirements:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching French and/or Spanish in a UK secondary school

• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for languages

• Strong behaviour management and adaptable teaching style

• A current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to supply work
