Are you an experienced Mental Health Social Worker looking for a role with flexibility and professional growth? A local authority in South West London is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join their Mental Health Reviews Team.

As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a key role in assessing and reviewing the social care needs of adults with less complex mental health needs, helping them achieve independence and improved well-being. You will undertake initial mental health assessments and work closely with individuals to ensure they receive the right support.

?? Hybrid Working - Work 4 days from home and attend the office 1 day a week for duty.

? Conduct strength-based assessments to promote independence and well-being
? Undertake Mental Capacity Act (MCA) assessments and apply relevant legislation
? Lead on complex casework and provide supervisory support to junior staff
? Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to develop personalised care plans
? Ensure compliance with the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act, and safeguarding procedures

? Social Work England registration (essential)
? Extensive Mental Health Social Work experience
? Strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and ability to complete MCA assessments
? Supervisory experience and ability to support junior team members
? An Enhanced DBS check will be required
