We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Midday Meals Supervisor to join our school team in Sutton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people, is proactive, and takes pride in contributing to the smooth running of our school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising students during the lunch period to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Encouraging positive behavior and resolving any issues that arise.

• Assisting with the smooth distribution of meals.

• Ensuring that students adhere to lunchtime rules and fostering a calm and respectful atmosphere.

• Supporting students with special needs or additional requirements during mealtimes.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.

• Ability to manage and supervise groups of students effectively.

• A proactive and calm approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with students, staff, and parents.

• A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all students.

• Two professional references required as part of the application process.
