The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (plus teaching certification)
• 3+ years of experience teaching Mathematics at the middle school level, preferably in an international or diverse school setting
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
• Embrace a student-centered, values-driven approach to education
• Be open to cultural exchange and excited about living and working in AlUla
• Show a commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration
