My client is looking for two experienced Coded MIG Welders to join their workshop in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders who can fabricate steelwork from technical drawings and deliver high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricating steel structures from detailed drawings.
• Performing coded fillet and butt welds to industry standards.
• Ensuring all welding work meets safety and quality requirements.
• Working efficiently in a busy workshop environment.
• Following health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Coded in MIG welding for fillet and butt welds.
• Strong fabrication skills with the ability to work from technical drawings.
• Experience in structural or bespoke steel fabrication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality and workplace safety.
