Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coded Welder to join our team in Wednesbury. This is a temp-to-perm position offering a competitive hourly rate of £15.50. The ideal candidate will be proficient in setting up and operating welding machines, ensuring high-quality welds in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment.
• Perform welding tasks in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• A weld test will be conducted as part of the selection process.
