Mixing Operative

Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join our client's team situated in Swinton.

What You'll Do:

- Accurately measure and blend raw ingredients to meet production standards.

- Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure smooth production.

- Perform quality checks to guarantee product consistency.

- Maintain detailed and accurate production records.

- Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times.

- Collaborate effectively with the production team to ensure efficient operations.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: Previous experience in production or manufacturing is essential; experience in the vape or e-liquid industry is highly desirable.

- Skills:

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

o Ability to follow instructions and standardized processes.

o Basic math and measurement skills.

o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

o Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards.

- Physical Requirements: Physically fit due to the nature of the role.

- PPE: Safety boots are essential for this role

Hours of Work:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 am - 3:30 pm

- Breaks:

o 1 x 30-minute unpaid lunch break

o 1 x 15-minute paid break
