?? Senior ML & AI Backend Engineer - Big Data, LLMs & MLOps

What You'll Do

• Architect and implement scalable backend systems powering ML models and LLMs in production.

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, championing MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

• Develop solutions for big data storage and processing, ensuring data quality, security, and efficiency.

• Integrate and optimize both classical ML models and LLMs for real-world use cases.

• Research and experiment with state-of-the-art algorithms, tools, and frameworks - bringing fresh ideas from prototype to production.

• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders.

• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and help set engineering best practices.

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges in big data and ML systems.

About You

• You're fluent in Python and experienced with leading ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face).

• You have a solid background in MLOps: experiment tracking, CI/CD for ML, model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.

• You've built scalable backend systems and APIs (RESTful/GraphQL), with solid experience in microservices and databases (SQL/NoSQL).

• You know your way around big data tools (Spark, Dask) and orchestration (Airflow, DBT).

• You understand NLP and have experience working with Large Language Models.

• You're cloud-savvy (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and comfortable with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• You have strong problem-solving and communication skills and enjoy working on open-ended technical challenges.

• Bonus points if you've fine-tuned LLMs, worked with real-time data streaming, or contributed to open-source ML projects.
