Job Title: Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician (Band 5/6)
Location: Hertfordshire (Private Hospital)
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Start Date: ASAP, April 2025
Rate of Pay: £20 - £24 per hour (via Umbrella)

Join our team as a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in supporting hospital pharmacy services. In this role, you will:

? Support the safe and effective use of medicines across hospital wards
? Conduct medicines reconciliation and provide patient counselling
? Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication management
? Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NHS guidelines
? Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to service improvement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A current and valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician
? Previous hospital or medicines management experience preferred
? Strong communication and teamwork skills
? The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
? A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
