Mobile Estate Operative

We are recruiting for Mobile Estate Operative/Mobile Driver Operative/Mobile Deep Cleaning Operatives roles to support the detailed deep cleaning of estate blocks across the borough. These are essential positions that ensure our estates remain safe, clean, and welcoming environments for residents.

You will be part of a mobile team working from various sites, with equipment transport provided via van. You may occasionally be required to travel independently to specific work locations.

• Responsible for transporting equipment and cleaning teams to work sites
• Carry out deep cleaning duties as part of a mobile team
• Must hold a full clean UK driving licence
• This is a dual role requiring both driving and cleaning

• Responsible for detailed deep cleaning of estate blocks
• Work as part of a team across various locations
• No driving duties required

• Carry out thorough internal and external cleaning of estate communal areas
• Use appropriate cleaning tools, products, and machinery
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
• Follow schedules and work instructions provided by supervisors
• Ensure accurate completion of job records and minor admin as required

• Experience in cleaning roles, preferably in housing or facilities environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
• Driver Operative role only: Full clean UK driving licence required
• Willingness to work across various locations and undertake physically active duties
