Modern Foreign Languages Teacher

• Contract Type: Temporary (Initially September to October Half Term)

• Pay: Main scale. £168 - £232per day

We are seeking a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher for a temporary contract starting in September and concluding at the October half term (potentially extensions available). This role is ideal for an enthusiastic educator who is skilled in delivering high-quality language education and can engage students effectively.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Modern Foreign Languages to students of varying abilities.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and tailored support to ensure academic development.
• Utilise a range of teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learning needs and enhance student engagement.
• Maintain classroom discipline, upholding school policies and standards.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance teaching practices and share resources.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
• Experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages at secondary school level.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment.
• Proficiency in one or more foreign languages (please specify which languages are required).
