Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MOT Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have experience working with both power and hand tools. As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and environmental standards, providing essential services that keep our roads safe.

Duties

• Conduct MOT tests on a variety of vehicles in accordance with legal requirements.
• Perform detailed inspections of vehicle components including brakes, lights, steering, and suspension.
• Identify any faults or issues that may affect vehicle performance or safety.
• Document test results accurately and provide clear feedback to vehicle owners.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Assist with heavy lifting as needed during the testing process.
• Stay updated on current regulations and best practices related to vehicle testing.

Shift Times and Rota:

• Monday - Friday
• 0700-1700
