Job Description - Moving In Coordinator

MOVING IN COORDINATOR
Our client is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Moving In Coordinator to support their property management team. In this 3-month temporary role, you'll be responsible for managing the tenant move-in process from start to finish, ensuring all documentation, inspections, and handovers are handled smoothly. Ideal for someone with at least 12 months of customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

MOVING IN COORDINATOR ROLE:
  • Coordinating all aspects of the tenant move-in process
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and internal teams to ensure readiness for move-in
  • Preparing and distributing welcome packs, keys, and move-in documentation
  • Scheduling inspections and ensuring compliance tasks are completed
  • Updating CRM and property management systems accurately and promptly
  • Responding to general enquiries and resolving tenant issues professionally
  • Providing administrative support to the property management team
MOVING IN COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum 12 months of customer service experience
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Showing strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Multitasking effectively and remaining calm under pressure
  • Bringing a friendly, proactive, and professional demeanour
MOVING IN COORDINATOR BENEFITS:
