Hours: 40-50 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking Semi-Skilled Operatives to join our team in Falkirk. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable, hard-working individuals looking to build a long-term career in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Labouring and yard operations

• Industrial cleaning tasks

• Working in confined spaces (valid certificate required)

• Supporting site teams with general duties as needed

Requirements:

• Confined Space Certificate (mandatory)

• Previous experience in a similar labour-intensive or industrial environment preferred

• Physically fit and capable of manual work

• Strong work ethic and reliability essential

• Willingness to work 40-50 hours per week
