Multi Skilled Operative

Purpose of the job

To carry out a variety of skilled tasks across multiple disciplines (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, painting, basic electrical work, etc.) to ensure timely completion of maintenance, repair, and construction activities in line with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Must have proven experience and qualifications:

City and Guilds plumbing NVQ 2 or City and Guild Carpentry NVQ 3

City and Guild Multi-skilled NVQ 3 or equivalent

Demonstrable experience of working in the building and trades industry carrying out repairs and maintenance to void and tenanted properties.

This is a temporary role, 36 Hours per week 9am - 5pm
