Multi Skilled Operative

Experienced Multi-Trader Required - Kent

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Trader to join our team, working on various projects across Kent. This role requires a professional with a broad range of skills and a proactive approach to work.

Requirements:

• A valid CSCS Card is essential.

• Must have full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Must own a comprehensive set of tools.

• Able to provide two verifiable professional references.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out a range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment tasks across multiple trades, such as carpentry, plastering, tiling, and painting and decorating.

• Performing general repairs and maintenance to a high standard.

• Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently and effectively.

• Assisting with site logistics and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

• Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site.
