You will be working for a large housing association who manage over 50,000 homes across the south. The role is a temp to perm opportunity with the permanent role offering £37,425 + Van + Excellent benefits inc 28 days holiday + bank

Your new role
We're looking for Multi Skilled Operative to join Empty Homes team where you'll be completing a wide variety of trades tasks to a high standard with an emphasis on delivering an efficient repairs service to customers. You'll be working around Bracknell, Windsor, Slough, Maidenhead and surrounding areas.

You will be going into empty homes and completing repairs and refurbishment for the next tenants. The tasks can include

• Kitchen and bathroom replacement or repair
• Patch plastering
• Painting and decoration
• Maintenance plumbing
• Wet rooms
• Vinyl flooring
• Carpentry tasks

They will provide you with your uniform, a van including fuel card, van vault, racking and inverter, company tablet & mobile as well as the PPE.

You'll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools. You'll require to cover Out of Hours Callouts on a rota basis doing response repairs (usually around 1 in 6) standby and response fees paid so a clean driving license is a must!

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum NVQ level 2, or time served experience in either carpentry, masonry and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades.
• Good customer service
• Full Driving licence (clean)

£22.70 p/h umbrella with temp to perm opportunity, paying £37,425
